When natural disasters strike, people are faced with the near impossible task of putting their lives, and their homes back together. So, we created DeWalt ReBuilt - a nationwide network of volunteer contractors and skilled laborers, organized, mobilized, and equipped by DeWalt, who serve as reconstruction first responders in the wake of natural disasters. For DeWalt, it was a chance to leverage their database, familiarize their target audience with their extensive product line, and support local communities. For contractors, it was a chance to use their experience and expertise in the service of those in need of help, while being featured in campaign creative. And for the people affected by natural disasters, it’s a chance to have a brand and a skilled workforce help them not only pick up the pieces, but put them back together again.
